Section Title
How Much Does It Cost?
Parasailing is $85 per person. See our full rates page HERE.
How Many People Can Fly Together?
You can fly solo or we can fly tandem (2 people) or triple (3 people) at a time. Each person gets their own harness and life jacket and are attached to the parasail side by side. Most flights are tandem or triple. The ultimate decision of who is grouped together is made by the captain once he sees the combined weight of the people and the conditions (winds, seas, etc.) at the time of the reservation.
Do I Have To Get Wet?
Not if you don't want to! You will take off and land on the back of the boat, so it is not necessary to get wet. If you want to get wet, you will be dipped during your flight.
How Long Is The
Parasail Ride?
The parasail ride is about 10 minutes.
How Long Does A
Parasail Trip Last?
The average parasail trip is 60-90 minutes including the travel time to get from the dock to the ocean and back.
Do I Need A
Reservation?
Reservations are not required but are recommended. You can book online or call us at 732-681-8359.
What Should I
Wear?
Bathing Suit, Coverup or T-shirt and shoes you can easily slip off and leave at the dock before loading the boat.
What Is The Age/Size Requirement For Parasailing
We have flown folks of ALL ages safely. We recommend that flyers be at least 5 years old. Parasailing is based on the combination weight of all flyers. If you choose to fly single, double or triple, the combination weight of 1, 2 or 3 people has to be more than 160 pounds no greater than 500 pounds.
Can People Go
On The Boat Who Are Not
Parasailing?
We are limited to 12 people per reservation. If there are not 12 parasailers, we can take observers. The cost for an observer is $45 for the boat ride. If we do get other parasailers for that reservation, observers will be bumped. If you would like to guarantee a spot for an observer ahead of time, you can do so at a cost of $65.
What If The
Weather Is Bad The Day/Time Of My Reservation?
Give us a call at 732-681-8359 if you are questioning whether or not we are going out. The captain will decide if the conditions are suitable for parasailing. We do not parasail when there is lightning or in high winds and rough seas. We still parasail when it’s overcast/cloudy and in light, passing rain. If we know before your reservation that we are not operating, we will give you a call.
